I will be moving home in Mid June which means that my room will be available again long term from mid-June or July onward.
I'm looking for a new flatmate to rent my room in a 3 bedrooms apartment while I am away.

I and my flatmates are looking for a new flatmate to share it since I will be away for a while.

It has a fully equipped bathroom and a kitchen (i.e., dishwasher, dryer, washing machine, oven, etc.) A storage room is available too.

The apartment has been recently renewed and newly furnished.

I and my flatmate are clean and tidy, and we respect each other's privacy. Nevertheless, we like to hang out in common spaces, meet new people, and often share meals or a glass of wine (or maybe two :D) when possible.
That's why we are looking for a neat, easy-going, clean, and tidy person with a permanent income and who likes to share common spaces.
We like to have a family-like atmosphere and cool international-students-vibes in the house. We do not consider it only as "a place where to sleep" and we would like to have a new flatmate that shares the same feelings.
