I rent out my apartment from 1st June until 30th August.

1st of each month, rent is required and the first rent payment when you get a key to the apartment.
The deposit will be backed when relocation occurs if nothing is damaged.

It is a good location with 15 minutes walking from the sea, only 10 minutes walk from the university and about 15 minutes cycling from the center of Halmstad. Within walking distance grocery stores, pizzeria and bus stop. Bus connections are very good, runs about every 15 minutes. There is also a large free parking outside the apartment.

The apartment is ground floor, bright, fresh, cozy, convenient and roomy with green view and 2 doors that one of them opens to the outside and gives a good opportunity to barbecue, sun can be enjoyed most of the day via large windows.

It includes a nice living room, kitchen with good storage space and a tiled bathroom with shower tub and towel rail.
There are 2 beds, sofa, and dining table for 4 and also two additional beds if it is necessary.

Free use of kitchen utensils and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster and coffeemakers are available.
However, I can gather all my belongings and put in storage if you prefer my apartment unfurnished.
