Rummet är i själva verket en hel våning med två rum som ansluter till varandra och tillsammans utgör en yta på c:a 40 m2, (kanske mer). Det finns tillgång till badrum, toalett och kök. Hyran är från 3000 kr per månad beroende på hur många som skall bo där.
