Due to some personal reasons, I will be moving out from January, so we want to let out the room from January or February. The room will be available for both short term let and long term let.

Both international or local students, interns, and professionals are welcome.

Very beautiful and bright approx. 19m2 room. The house was completely renovated in 2011.
The apartment is centrally located which almost exclusively interns and professionals live. It has three rooms, as well as a cozy kitchen in which cooking can be done together. The apartment and the room are fully equipped (furnished).

WG-Life
We cook together, play games together, read together and do most things together. Since most of the housemates of the house are international students, the WG-life is generally described as very structured, fun and quiet. In the evening and on the weekend, something can generally be done.
