I'm a 30 years old master student in curating art (I have a scholarship + family loan, and can provide references from previous landlords). I'm looking to move ideally from the 8th of August (but I could also move in July, or as late as in September), for a around year. Sublet contracts or first hand rentals are both okay. I am a tidy girl, an excellent cook with a good sense of humour. I am sociable, but also value my privacy. Into art, culture in general, travelling, interested in science, languages and politics. I speak English and Italian. I do not smoke and would prefere living with non-smokers. I'm also badly allergic to cats. I have some furniture from my current flat, so I'm happy to consider both furnished and unfurnished places. Either s single room in shared flat (no sharing with couples or families with children), or a 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom flat would be perfect.
