I am looking for a replacement tenant from April or May onward following a life situation change. I have already paid until 30th July but need someone to take over my contract as I'm moving out.
There is a smart tv in the room, a desk and a washing machine dryer and dishwasher all in the flat.
The landlord is chill and does everything he can to support us, even providing a cleaner once a week. Due to this life change, I have moved out of the room, but welcome someone to take over the tenancy until July or afterward, with discussion with the landlord!
