I want to rent out a room from September to a student or working person in Hallonbergen area in my 3 room apartment of 88 m². (Only for woman)

The room is not furnished with its own walk in closed. The room and the kitchen are very bright and have a beautiful view.
The apartment is located in a quiet natural area with walking and jogging trails around the two lakes Råstasjön and Lötsjön (Health Walk). Just 2 mins to nearby buss, 8 mins (walk) to the Hallonbergen subway and buses as well which goes to University, Tensta Centrum, Vällingby Centrum and Rissne. With the subway, it takes about 12 minutes to Central Station.

We will be three women who live in the apartment after you moved in.
We are calm, orderly 35 and 25 year old girls who are working and studying.
We share the kitchen, bathroom, toilet and large hallway areas so it is important that you are well-behaved and keep clean.

Rental 4000: -
The rent includes: electricity, 100Mbit fiber broadband + Wi-Fi, home insurance. Heat and water are already included in the rent.

1 month rent + deposit (1 month rental) payable in connection when you move in.
Rental period is of 6 months initially. Everything works fine as it is possible to extend the contract for a longer period if desired.
